Find out if you’re eligible for CDPAP

Step one in the process of signing up for CDPAP is to make sure you are eligible to receive CDPAP care. The requirements are:

If you meet these requirements, the next step is to apply! You can apply at any of our locations throughout New York and drop-ins are welcome. We also offer in-person home enrollment, where we will come to you if you are unable to travel to one of our offices.

We provide training for your caregiver

No prior training or certification is required to become a CDPAP caregiver. Once you and your caregiver have been approved for the CDPAP program, your caregiver gets free hands-on training from our bilingual staff. 

This includes a free 2-hour orientation where we cover:

You both also get ongoing support, and help is available 24/7. We’re with you every step of the way to ensure you and your caregiver are always in good hands.

They get paid weekly up to $21.09 per hour

No paperwork means no hassle for your caregiver. Caregivers clock in and out with our easy app and get paid each week automatically. Our competitive rates make us one of the best places to work.

And it’s all covered by Medicaid!
